NOTICE A reconvening of the Annual Meeting of the Council of Unit Owners of St. Paul at Chase Condominium will be held on December 20, 2022, at 7:00 p.m. via Webex. If a quorum of the Council of Unit Owners is not present at the meeting, the members present in person or by proxy shall constitute a quorum. A majority of members present in person or by proxy may approve or authorize any matter or action which may come before the Council at the meeting, including the election of directors, as if a sufficient number of members had been present. n28
