A Description of the property in substantially the same form as the description appearing on the Certificate of Tax Sale is as follows: Lot Size 21-8X100, Ward 15 Section 31 Block 3167 Lot 017 Known as 2815 Hilldale Avenue. The complaint states among other things that the amount necessary for redemption has not been paid.
