Carrollton Avenue, assessed to the Rosa McDowell, and sold by the Collector of Taxes for the City of Baltimore and the State of Maryland to the Plaintiffs in these proceedings:626 N. Carrollton Avenue, 19X115-5 Ward 16, Section 14, Block 0113, Lot 014The complaint states among other things, that the amount necessary for redemption have not been paid. although the required time for filing a Complaint has elapsed. It is thereupon this 20th day of March, 2023, by the Circuit Court for Baltimore City, ORDERED, that notice be given by the insertion of a copy of this Order in some newspaper having a general circulation once a week for three successive weeks, before the 19th day of April, 2023, warning all persons interested in said property to be and appear in this Court by the 19th day of May, 2023, to redeem the property, 626 N.
