DefendantsOrder of PublicationThe object of this proceeding is to secure the foreclosure of all rights of redemption in the hereinabove described property sold, either directly or via assignment, by the Collector of Taxes for the State of Maryland and Baltimore City to the Plaintiff in the proceeding. The Complaint states, among other things, that the amount necessary for the redemption for the subject property has not been paid, although more than six (6) months from the date of the sale have expired, and more than two (2) months from the date that the first of two (2) separate pre-suit Notices of the tax sale was sent to each required interested party have expired.
It is thereupon this 21st day of March, 2023, by the Circuit Court for Baltimore City, Maryland.
ORDERED, that notice be given by the insertion of a copy of this Order in some newspaper having general circulation in Baltimore City, Maryland, once a week for three (3) consecutive weeks, on or before the 20th day of April, 2023, warning all persons having or claiming to have any interest in the property described above to appear in this Court by the 20th day of May, 2023, and redeem their respective property or answer the Complaint, or thereafter a Final Decree will be entered foreclosing all rights of redemption in and as to the property, and vesting in the Plaintiff a title in fee simple or leasehold, free and clear of all encumbrances.
The Defendants are hereby informed of the latest date to file a written Answer or Petition to Redeem the property mentioned in the Complaint described above, and that failure to file a response on or before the date specified may result in a Default Judgment foreclosing all rights of redemption in and as to the property being rendered by this Court against them.ANTHONY F.
