DESCRIPTION OF ROAD TO BE CLOSED BEING a portion of that certain tract or parcel of land which, by a Deed dated 03/08/2005 and recorded among the Land Records of Baltimore County, Maryland in liber 14622, folio 281. Said parcel is shown and designated as Lot 1 on a Plat entitled Iacoboni Subdivision dated 03/23/99 and recorded among the Land Records of Baltimore County, Maryland in Plat Book 72, folio 129. The road being closed is a paper road extension of the existing Yellow Brick Road that would have run through 9301 Philadelphia Road. Yellow Brick Road terminates as a paved road near 9108 Yellow Brick Road, continues as an unpaved access road for a short distance, before totally ceasing well before 9301 Philadelphia Road.
