NOTICE OF ROAD CLOSINGTO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
Pursuant to Article 18, Title 3, Subtitle 302 of the Baltimore County Code, 2015, Petitioner, Iacoboni Site Specialists, LLC c/o: Thomas Iacoboni, represented by Kotroco & Associates, LLC intends to close a section of Yellow Brick Road running through the property at 9301 Philadelphia Road in the 15th Election and 6th Councilmanic Districts of Baltimore County, Maryland.
DESCRIPTION OF ROAD TO BE CLOSED
BEING a portion of that certain tract or parcel of land which, by a Deed dated 03/08/2005 and recorded among the Land Records of Baltimore County, Maryland in liber 14622, folio 281. Said parcel is shown and designated as Lot 1 on a Plat entitled Iacoboni Subdivision dated 03/23/99 and recorded among the Land Records of Baltimore County, Maryland in Plat Book 72, folio 129. The road being closed is a paper road extension of the existing Yellow Brick Road that would have run through 9301 Philadelphia Road. Yellow Brick Road terminates as a paved road near 9108 Yellow Brick Road, continues as an unpaved access road for a short distance, before totally ceasing well before 9301 Philadelphia Road.
