Box 32111, Baltimore, Maryland 21282, and The Mayor and City Council of Baltimore City, Serve on: James Shea, City Solicitor, 101 City Hall, Balto., Md 21202, And all other persons having or claiming to have an interest in 3631 Beehler Avenue Lot size 20X85, Ward 27, Section 20, Block 4608, Lot 058 Defendants Order of Publication The object of this proceeding is to secure the foreclosure of all rights of redemption in the following property, 3631 Beehler Avenue, assessed to AAM, LLC, and sold by the Collector of Taxes for the City of Baltimore and the State of Maryland to the Plaintiffs in these proceedings: 3631 Beehler Avenue 20X85 Ward 27, Section 20, Block 4608, Lot 058 The complaint states, among other things, that the amounts necessary for redemption have not been paid, although the required time for filing a Complaint has elapsed. It is thereupon this 23rd day of November, 2022, by the Circuit Court for Baltimore City, ORDERED, that notice be given by the insertion of a copy of this Order in some newspaper having a general circulation once a week for three successive weeks, before the 23rd day of December, 2022, warning all persons interested in said property to be and appear in this Court by the 22nd day of January, 2023, to redeem the property, 3631 Beehler Avenue, and answer the Complaint of or thereafter a final decree will be rendered foreclosing all rights of redemption in the property and vesting in the Plaintiff, JMJ Residential Holdings, LLC, a title free and clear of all encumbrances, except for ground rents.
