A description of the property in substantially the same form as the description appearing on the Certificate of Tax Sale is as follows: 0148 Irving St Lot Size: 14X65 (being known as: Ward - 20 Section - 04 Block - 2540 Lot - 047 on the Tax Roll of the Director of Finance). The Complaint states among other things, that the amounts necessary for redemption have not been paid. It is thereupon this 22nd day of November, 2022, by the Circuit Court for Baltimore City, ORDERED, that notice be given by the insertion of a copy of this Order in some newspaper having a general circulation in once a week for three consecutive weeks, warning all persons interested in the property to appear in this Court by the 21st day of January, 2023, and redeem the property and answer the Complaint or thereafter a final judgment will be entered foreclosing all rights of redemption in the property, and vesting title to the property in Plaintiff, free of all liens encumbrances.
