Oliver Street, assessed to Castleton Real Estate, LLC., and sold by the Collector of Taxes for the City of Baltimore and the State of Maryland to the Plaintiffs in these proceedings: 2135 E. Oliver Street 11-8X65-4 Ward 08, Section 17, Block 1500, Lot 009 The complaint states, among other things, that the amounts necessary for redemption have not been paid, although the required time for filing a Complaint has elapsed. It is thereupon this 26th day of July, 2022, by the Circuit Court for Baltimore City, ORDERED, that notice be given by the insertion of a copy of this Order in some newspaper having a general circulation once a week for three successive weeks, before the 25th day of August, 2022, warning all persons interested in said property to be and appear in this Court by the 24th day of September, 2022, to redeem the property, 2135 E. Oliver Street, and answer the Complaint of or thereafter a final decree will be rendered foreclosing all rights of redemption in the property and vesting in the Plaintiff, Well Known Savings Club, LLC, a title and clear of all encumbrances, except for ground rents.
