Daniel J. Kassai; Morris E. Barenbaum; GR Express LLC; MJRE LLC: Unknown Tenant; The Mayor and City Council of Baltimore; all persons that have or claim to have any interest in the property known as 2511 Barclay Street, Baltimore, Maryland 21218 and more particularly described as Ward 12, Section 15, Block 3836B, Lot 032. Defendants Order Of Publication The object of this proceeding is to secure the foreclosure of all rights of redemption in the following property in the City of Baltimore, sold by the Collector of Taxes for the City of Baltimore and the State of Maryland to the plaintiff in this proceeding: 2511 Barclay Street, Baltimore, Maryland 21218, Lot Size 14x90, being known as Ward 12, Section 15, Block 3836B, Lot 032. The Complaint states, among other things, that the amounts necessary for redemption have not been paid. It is thereupon this 25th day of July, 2022, by the Circuit Court for Baltimore City, ORDERED, that notice be given by insertion of a copy of this order in some newspaper having a general circulation in Baltimore City once a week for 3 successive weeks, warning all persons interested in the properties listed above to appear in this Court by the 23rd day of September, 2022, and redeem the property in which they have an interest and answer the Complaint or thereafter a final judgment will be entered foreclosing all rights of redemption in the properties listed above, and vesting in the plaintiff a title, free and clear of encumbrances.
