Plaintiff’s brief statement of the nature of the claims against Defendants is as follows: Plaintiff has alleged the following causes of action against Defendants in this lawsuit: (1) Breach of Contract, (2) Breach of Contract for the Personal Guaranty, (3) Unjust Enrichment and (4) Breach of Covenant of Good Faith and Fair Dealing. Plaintiff respectfully prays that this Court enter Judgment against Defendants in amount no less than $47,618.25, plus all costs, interest, fees, and reasonable attorneys’ fees.
