The Court, having considered Plaintiff’s Ex Parte Motion and Memorandum for Service by Alternative Means, the Declaration of Scott Day, and for other good and sufficient cause appearing therefor, hereby orders as follows:
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED AND DECREED that Plaintiff is permitted to accomplish service of process upon Defendants, Entriely Pristine, LLC and Pressley by publishing the Summons, which must contain a brief statement of the nature of the claim against the Defendants, together with a copy of this Order, in a newspaper of general circulation in Baltimore County, Maryland, at least once a week for three consecutive weeks.
