PUBLIC NOTICE: The Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority is proposing to build a 200-foot-high self-support Communications Tower at 15903 Somerville Road, Rockville, MD 20855, 039-07-26.80 N, 077-10-14.00 W. ENVIRONMENTAL EFFECTS - Public comments regarding potential environmental effects may be filed as an Environmental Request through the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) online pleading system or by mail within 30-days from the date of the FCC national notice. Instructions are available at sources/filing-request-environmental-review for viewing applications that are on notice and for submitting Environmental Requests online.
