PUBLIC NOTICE OF A RESPONSE ACTION PLAN AND PUBLIC INFORMATIONAL MEETING 1401 Woodall Street Property The property located at 1401 Woodall Street, 1446 Stevenson Avenue and the unaddressed adjacent lot (Map 24/Block 2016/Lot 32) in Baltimore City, Maryland has been accepted into Maryland's Voluntary Cleanup Program. A proposed response action plan (RAP) has been submitted to the Maryland Department of the Environment (MDE) for approval. The RAP proposes to address soils impacted by polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons and metals in the soil at the subject property through the use of engineering and institutional controls. This RAP is based upon future use of the property for public recreational area - high frequency use.
