Order of Publication
The object of this proceeding is to secure the foreclosure rights of all rights of redemption in the property located at 735 N. Patterson Park Ave. in Baltimore City, Maryland, sold by the Collector of Taxes for the City of Baltimore and the State of Maryland to the Plaintiff in this proceeding.
The property is described as follows: Lot Size 13-10x75 being known as Ward- 07 Section -02 Block - 1623 Lot -032 on the Tax Roll of the Director of Finance.
The Complaint states, among other things, that the amounts necessary for redemption have not been paid.
It is thereupon this 3rd day of June, 2021, by the Circuit Court for Baltimore City, ORDERED,
That notice be given by the insertion of a copy of this order in The Daily Record having general circulation in Baltimore City, Maryland once a week for 3 successive weeks, warning all persons interested in the property to appear in this Court by the 2nd day of August, 2021, and redeem the property described herein above and answer the Complaint or thereafter a final judgment will be entered foreclosing all rights of redemption in the property and vesting in the Plaintiffs a title, free and clear of all encumbrances.
