and described as Lot Size 86-11X140 Being known as Ward 26 Section 01 Block 6825 Lot 052 the Tax Roll of the Director of Finance.
Order of Publication
The object of this proceeding is to secure the foreclosure of all rights of redemption from tax sale on the property known as 1100 Anglesea Street in Baltimore City, State of Maryland, sold by the Finance Officer of Baltimore City, State of Maryland to Point Holdings, LLC, the Plaintiff.
A DESCRIPTION of the property, in substantially the same form as the description appearing on the Certificate of Tax Sale is as follows: Lot Size 86-11X140, Ward 26 Section 01 Block 6825 Lot 052 Known as 1100 Anglesea Street.
The complaint states among other things that the amount necessary for redemption has not been paid.
It is thereupon this 2nd day of June, 2021, by the Circuit Court for Baltimore City, Ordered, that notice be given by the insertion of a copy of this Order in some newspaper having a general circulation in Baltimore City once a week for three consecutive weeks, warning all persons interested in the property to appear in this Court by the 1st day of August, 2021, and redeem the property and answer the Complaint or thereafter a final judgment will be entered foreclosing all rights of redemption in the property and vesting in the Plaintiff a title to said property in Fee Simple, free of all liens and encumbrances.
