NOTICE OF ZONING HEARING The Administrative Law Judge of Baltimore County, by authority of the Zoning Act and Regulations of Baltimore County, will hold a virtual hearing on the property identified herein as follows: CASE NUMBER: 2020-0305-A 5526 West North Avenue North east corner of West North Avenue and Park Place 1st Election District - 1st Councilmanic District Legal Owner: Lance Ruffin Variance to permit a proposed dwelling with a front yard setback of 26 ft. in lieu of the required 28.85 ft. minimum setback, which is the average of the front yards of the dwellings within 200 ft. Section 301.1 To permit a front yard open projection with a proposed setback of 18 ft. in lieu of the required 21.64 ft minimum setback which is of 25% of the front yard setback or (28.85-7.21)=21.64 ft. Section 1B01.3.C.1 To permit a proposed dwelling with a rear yard setback of 23 ft. in lieu of the required 30 ft. minimum rear yard setback.
