Russo, Jr., Attorney 125 West Street, 4th Floor Annapolis, Maryland 21401 IN THE CIRCUIT COURT FOR BALTIMORE COUNTY, MARYLAND - Case No.: C-03-CV-20-002497 - Kendrick Gwynn, as Personal Representative of the Estate of Irene McCoy and as Personal Representative of the Estate of Alfreda McCoy-Gwynn, Plaintiff v. Joyce Ann Smith And All Persons unknown claiming any legal or equitable right, title, estate, lien or Interest in the Subject Property, Defendants Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion For Leave To Serve Defendants By Publication Upon consideration of Plaintiff's Motion for Leave to Serve Defendants by Publication, it is this 27th of August, 2020, herby ORDERED, that Plaintiff's Motion for Leave to Serve Defendants by Publication be, and the same hereby is, GRANTED; and it is further ORDERED, that the Order of Publication shall be published in two (2) newspapers having general circulation in Baltimore County, Maryland, once per week for three (3) consecutive weeks; and it is further ORDERED, that if Joyce Ann Smith, or any of her heirs, devisees, legatees, Personal Representatives, or any other interested party of Joyce Ann Smith, shall fail to file an Answer or otherwise file a responsive pleading to the Plaintiff's Complaint within thirty (30) days following the date of said first publication, this action will be taken as confessed and a default entered by the Clerk against any and all such persons without further Court action, and any such claim shall be foreclosed and forever barred as an ownership claim or encumbrance upon said real property; and it is further ORDERED, that if any unknown persons claiming any legal or equitable right, title, estate, lien or interest in the real property located at 3400 Rockdale Court, Baltimore, MD 21244, shall fail to file an Answer or otherwise file a responsive pleading to the Plaintiffs Complaint within thirty (30) days following the date of said first publication, this action will be taken as confessed and a default entered by the Clerk against any and all such persons without further Court action, and any such claim shall be foreclosed and forever barred as an ownership claim or encumbrance upon said real property; and it is further ORDERED, that if no claim is filed within the thirty (30) day period aforesaid, the Plaintiff may apply for judgment quieting title in the Plaintiff as against Joyce Ann Smith, or any of her heirs, devisees, legatees, Personal Representative, or any other interested party of Joyce Ann Smith, and all other claimants not named in the Complaint.
