Calvert Street - Case No. 24-D-20-000523 - In the Matter of: Blake Willoughby vs. Unknown Father Notice - Alternate Service (Md. Rules 2-121, 2-122) Brittany Manyweathers, the above named plaintiff, has filed a petition titled Petition for Change of Name (Minor) in which he/she is asking !he court to grant the change of name regarding Blake Willoughby. The Circuit Court for Baltimore City may grant that relief unless Unknown Father above named defendant can show reason why the court should not grant the relief. Unknown Father must file a response to the petition on or before November 2, 2020.
