The object of this proceeding is to secure the foreclosure of all rights of redemption in the following property 6300 Seaforth Street, Baltimore, MD 21224-6520 in the City of Baltimore City, sold by the Collector of Taxes for the City of Baltimore City and the State of Maryland to the Plaintiff in this proceeding:
All that lot of land Being known as Ward 26, Section 01, Block 6918, Lot 022 on the Tax Roll of the Director of Finance.
The complaint states, among other things, that the amounts necessary for redemption have not been paid.
It is thereupon this 10th day of February, 2020 by the Circuit Court for Baltimore City, Ordered, That notice be given by the insertion of a copy of this order in some newspaper having general circulation in Baltimore City once a week for three (3) successive weeks, warning all persons interested in the property to appear in this Court by the 10th day of April, 2020, and redeem the property 6300 Seaforth Street, Baltimore, MD 21224-6520 and answer the complaint or thereafter a final judgment will be entered foreclosing all rights of redemption in the property, and vesting in the Plaintiff's title, free and clear of all encumbrances.
