Notice of Abandonment
DRT Fund, LLC, a Maryland limited liability company, is irrevocably abandoning its entire interest in and to twenty nine (29) Baltimore City tax sale certificates and all judgments and/or deeds related thereto or derived therefrom, said tax sale certificates having been purchased by DRT Fund, LLC, or by (a) Fidelity Tax, LLC, (b) Sunrise Atlantic, LLC or (c) Heartwood 88, LLC for the benefit of DRT Fund, LLC at various tax sales conducted by the City of Baltimore.
The tax sale certificates, judgment and deeds shall be abandoned irrevocably at Five (5) O'clock PM on December 31, 2019. DRT Fund, LLC does not warrant the value, if any, of the certificates, judgments and deeds. Any person or entity wishing to obtain a Quitclaim Deed from DRT Fund, LLC, free of charge, for any or all of the certificates, judgments and deeds for the following properties should contact DRT Fund, LLC immediately. The tax sale certificates, judgments and deeds are for the following properties located in Baltimore City, Maryland:
