AT&T is proposing to construct a monopole tower telecommunications facility at 101 Boat Yard Rd, Chesapeake City, MD 21915, 39°32'7.8"N, 75°48'39.6"W. The overall height of the tower will be 54.9 meters above ground level (69.8 meters above mean sea level). The tower will be lit as described: Dual Lighting-Red and Medium Intensity White Lights (L864/L865) with red steady burning lights (L810). A1143971 and may raise environmental concerns about the project under the National Environmental Policy Act rules of the Federal Communications Commission, 47 CFR §1.1307, by notifying the FCC of the specific reasons that the action may have a significant impact on the quality of the human environment.
