The object of this proceeding is to secure the foreclosure of all rights of redemption in the property known as 2418 E Eager St in the City of Baltimore, the tax sale certificate for which was sold by the Director of Finance for the City of Baltimore as Collector of Taxes for the City of Baltimore and the State of Maryland to the Plaintiff named in the caption above:
DESCRIPTION of the property appears on the Collector's Certificate of Tax Sale as follows: Property known as 2418 E Eager St, Ward 07, Section 01, Block 1591, Lot 010, Lot Size: 12-2X80.
The Complaint states among other things, that the amounts necessary for redemption have not been paid.
It is thereupon this 6th day of September, 2019, by the Circuit Court for Baltimore City, ORDERED, that notice be given by the insertion of a copy of this Order in some newspaper having a general circulation in Baltimore City, Maryland, once a week for three (3) successive weeks, warning all persons interested in the property described above to appear in this Court by the 5th day of November, 2019, and redeem the property described above and answer the Complaint or thereafter a final judgment will be entered foreclosing all rights of redemption in the properties, and vesting in the Plaintiff title free and clear of all encumbrances.
