Roger Alexander Bonilla Argueta, Defendant, Francisca G. Benitez, Defendant Notice by Publication An Amended Complaint for Third Party Custody was filed with the Circuit Court of Montgomery County, Maryland on September 25, 2018. The Amended Complaint alleges, in substance: that the defendants were previously in an intimate relationship and a minor child was born as a result of the parties' relationship: Bryan Nicolly Benitez. The Defendant Roger Alexander Bonilla Argueta in this case was last seen by Defendant Francisca Benitez in 2004. Plaintiff is unable to serve the Defendant Roger Alexander Bonilla Argueta personally because he does not know the Current home address of the Defendant Roger Alexander Bonilla Argueta. Plaintiff has absolutely no idea where the Defendant Roger Alexander Bonilla Argueta has been located for over ten years. The Plaintiff has attempted to search social media websites, such as Facebook, for the Defendant Roger Alexander Bonilla Argueta and has not located him. The Plaintiff has contacted the Embassy of El Salvador in order to attempt to obtain any Contact information for the Defendant Roger Alexander Bonilla Argueta but was informed that this information was not possible to be obtained, Plaintiff has no additional concrete information regarding the Defendant Roger Alexander Bonilla Argueta. It is this 23rd day of April, 2019, ORDERED, that the Plaintiff cause a copy of this Notice to be published at least once a week for three consecutive weeks in a newspaper of general circulation published in Montgomery County, Maryland; publication to be completed by May 10, 2019, Defendant must file a response on or before June 30, 2019, Defendant is warned that failure to file a response within the time allowed may result in a default judgment or the granting of the relief Sought.
