IN THE CIRCUIT COURT FOR BALTIMORE COUNTY - Case No.: C-03-CV-22-001258 - ANDREW H. SEGAL, M.D., et al. Plaintiffs v. SAMAN RADPARVAR, et al. Defendants.NOTICE OF PROCEEDINGS TO TITLE INSURERS, MORTGAGORS AND OTHER INTERESTED PERSONSPLEASE TAKE NOTICE of the above-captioned action filed in this Court in which Plaintiffs request declaratory judgment that a "Declaration of Termination of Reservations and Restrictions," recorded in the Land Records of Baltimore County (Liber 47841, Folio 443), is invalid and further request that it be rescinded by the Court. The Declaration, which was recorded by Defendants, purports to void certain covenants and restrictions in a previously recorded deed governing the Green Spring Manor subdivision in Pikesville, Maryland. In the same action, Plaintiffs further request declaratory judgment that certain uses and structural modifications at 3009 Northbrook Rd. and 3101 Northbrook Rd. violate the covenants and restrictions, and seek injunctive relief related to those violations. Trial is schedule for May 6, 7, and 8, 2024. This case may be of interest to you and its outcome may affect an interest you have in property in the Green Spring Manor subdivision. You should consult with an attorney promptly if you wish to join the case as a party or otherwise be heard. You may face deadlines that, if not met, could result in a judgment by default, the granting of relief sought, or waiver of any right you may have to assert and protect an interest in this matter.
