The Declaration, which was recorded by Defendants, purports to void certain covenants and restrictions in a previously recorded deed governing the Green Spring Manor subdivision in Pikesville, Maryland. In the same action, Plaintiffs further request declaratory judgment that certain uses and structural modifications at 3009 Northbrook Rd. and 3101 Northbrook Rd. violate the covenants and restrictions, and seek injunctive relief related to those violations. Trial is schedule for May 6, 7, and 8, 2024.
