NOTICE OF ZONING HEARINGThe Administrative Law Judge of Baltimore County, by authority of the Zoning Act and Regulations of Baltimore County, will hold a virtual hearing and/or in person (upon request) on the property identified herein as follows: CASE NUMBER: 2024-0067-SPHA 8909 Harford Road 171 ft. southwesterly of Harford Road and Edgewood Avenue 9th Election District - 6th Councilmanic District Legal Owners: Full House Management, LLC Lessee: Kings Construction, LLC Special Hearing to approve a Use Permit, BCZR, Section 409.8B, for business parking in a portion of the DR 3.5 zone for the existing and proposed improvements shown on the plan to accompany the petition. To confirm that the applicable side yard setback for a proposed addition is 7.5 ft. per BCZR, Section 229.6.C.2; and grant such additional relief as the nature of this case may required for approval of the continued use of the existing and proposed building, parking areas and uses as shown on the plan. Variance BCZR, Section 229.6.C to permit a side yard setback for an existing structure of 8.8 ft. in lieu of the 10 ft. required. If the Special Hearing determination of the side yard setbacks is not confirmed as requested, a variance from BCZR, Section 229.6.C.2 to permit a side yard setback for a proposed addition of 8.8 ft. in lieu of the required 10 ft.; request to grant such additional relief as the nature of this case may require for approval of the existing and proposed buildings, uses and conditions as shown on the plan which accompanied the petition.
