The object of this proceeding is to secure the foreclosure of all rights of redemption in the following property in the City of Baltimore, sold by the Collector of Taxes for the City of Baltimore and the State of Maryland to the plaintiff in this proceeding:
**SS Orchard Av 374-2 Ft W of 5th 0000, Lot Size 25x130, being known as Ward 25, Section 06, Block 7132, Lot 001.
The Complaint states, among other things, that the amounts necessary for redemption have not been paid.
It is thereupon this 6th day of February, 2019, by the Circuit Court for Baltimore City, ORDERED, that notice be given by insertion of a copy of this order in some newspaper having a general circulation in Baltimore City once a week for 3 successive weeks, warning all persons interested in the properties listed above to appear in this Court by the 7th day of April, 2019, and redeem the property in which they have an interest and answer the complaint or thereafter a final judgment will be entered foreclosing all rights of redemption in the properties listed above, and vesting in the plaintiff a title, free and clear of encumbrances.
