The object of this proceeding is to secure the foreclosure of all rights of redemption in the following property Parcel Identification Number 5151-9006-1374 in Anne Arundel County, sold by the Collector of Taxes for Anne Arundel County and the State of Maryland to the plaintiff in this proceeding:

The complaint states, among other things, that the amounts necessary for redemption have not been paid.
It is thereupon this 20th day of December, 2018, by the Circuit Court for Anne Arundel County, That notice be given by the insertion of a copy of this order in some newspaper having a general circulation in Anne Arundel County once a week for 3 successive weeks, warning all persons interested in the property to appear in this Court by the 13th day of March, 2019, and redeem the property with Parcel Identification Number 5151-9006-1374 and answer the complaint or thereafter a final judgment will be entered foreclosing all rights of redemption in the property, and vesting in the plaintiff a title, free and clear of all encumbrances.
