The object of this proceeding is to secure the foreclosure of all rights of redemption in the following property, 405 W. Central Avenue, assessed to Robert A. DiCicco and Emily N. DiCicco, and sold by the Collector of Taxes for the County of Baltimore and the State of Maryland to the Plaintiffs in these proceedings:

The Complaint states, among other things, that the amounts necessary for redemption have not been paid, although the required time for filing a Complaint has elapsed.
It is thereupon this 3rd day of December, 2018, by the Circuit Court for Baltimore County,
ORDERED, that notice be given by the insertion of a copy of this Order in some newspaper having a general circulation once a week for three successive weeks, before the 7th day of January, 2019, warning all persons interested in said property to be and appear in this Court by the 6th day of February, 2019, to redeem the property, 405 W. Central Avenue, and answer the Complaint of or thereafter a final decree will be rendered foreclosing all rights of redemption in the property and vesting in the Plaintiff, Coachford Properties, LLC, a title free and clear of all encumbrances, except for ground rents.
