Baltimore City John Reiff, Attorney The Law Office of John Reiff LLC 3604 Eastern Avenue, Suite 400 Baltimore, Maryland 21224 (410) 534-3812 IN THE CIRCUIT COURT FOR BALTIMORE CITY, MARYLAND CIVIL DIVISION Civil Action No. - 24-C-17-005887 - TAX SALE 2018 Ultra-Safe Fund LLC, Plaintiff vs Freedom Mortgage Corporation, and Baltimore City, Maryland and All unknown owners of the property described below; all heirs, devisees, personal representatives, and executors, administrators, grantees, assigns or successors in right, title, interest, and any and all persons having or claiming to have any interest in the property and premises situate in the City of Baltimore, known as 3310 Rueckert Ave and described as Lot Size 110X90-7 Ward 27, Section 020, Block 5798, Lot 030A, on Tax Roll of the Director of Finance, Defendants. Order Of Publication The object of this proceeding is to secure the foreclosure of all rights of redemption in the hereinabove described property sold, either directly or via assignment, by the Collector of Taxes for the State of Maryland and Baltimore City to the Plaintiff in the proceeding. The Complaint states, among other things, that the amount necessary for the redemption for the subject property has not been Paid, and that the appropriate Government Agency has certified that the subject property building or structure requires, or within six (6) month s shall require, substantial repairs to comply with the applicable building code. It is thereupon this 5th day of November, 2018, by the Circuit Court for Baltimore City, Maryland. ORDERED, that notice be given by the insertion of a copy of this Order in some newspaper having general circulation in Baltimore City, Maryland, once a week for three (3) consecutive weeks, on or before the 5th day of December, 2018, warning all persons having or claiming to have any interest in the property described above to appear in this Court by the 4th day of January, 2019, and redeem their respective property or answer the Complaint, or thereafter a Final Decree will be entered foreclosing all rights of redemption in and as to the property, and vesting in the Plaintiff a title in fee simple or leasehold, free and clear of all encumbrances. The Defendants are hereby informed of the latest date to file a written Answer or Petition to Redeem the property mentioned in the Complaint described above, and that failure to file a response on or before the date specified may result in a Default Judgment foreclosing all rights of redemption in and as to the property being rendered by this Court against them.
