Baltimore City. Tina Lucas, Attorney 417 East Fayette Street, Room 1001, Baltimore, Maryland 21202 IN THE CIRCUIT COURT FOR BALTIMORE CITY - Case No. 24-C-18-003467 - Mayor And City Council of Baltimore, A Municipal Corporation, Plaintiff, v. Ivan Godard, and all persons having or claiming to have an interest in the leasehold interest in the property known as: 1527 N. Washington Street, Baltimore, Maryland In Their on Right or by, Through or Under Ivan Godard Defendants. Order of Publication This is to give notice that the Mayor and City Council of Baltimore has filed a Petition for Condemnation as against the Leasehold interest in real property at 1527 N. Washington Street, Baltimore, Maryland; more particularly described in the Petition for Condemnation on file with the Clerk of the Court. Said Petition was filed in the Circuit Court for Baltimore City, naming as defendant those persons whose names appear in the heading of the case above set forth, some of whom are unlocateable by Petitioner, or are non-residents of the State of Maryland. Petitioner and Defendant have been unable to agree upon a price to be paid for said property, in which the above noted persons may have an interest. The relief prayed in said Petition is that said Leasehold interest in 1527 N. Washington Street, be condemned for public purposes as aforesaid. WHEREUPON, it is this 8th day of August, 2018, by the Circuit Court for Baltimore City ORDERED, that Petitioner cause a copy of this Order to be inserted in a newspaper published in Baltimore City, Maryland, once a week in each of three successive weeks before the 8th day of September, 2018, giving notice to the above named defendants of the object and substance of the Petition, and warn in them to show cause, if any there be, on or before the 8th day of October, 2018, why the property interests aforesaid should not be condemned as prayed, and that failure to do so may result in the granting of the relief sought herein..
