Defendants Order of Publication The object of this proceeding is to secure the foreclosure of all rights of redemption from tax sale on the property known as SES 1st 25 ft SES Rokeby Rd 211 ft SW of Walnut in Baltimore City, State of Maryland to Mayor and City Council of Baltimore and later assigned to Jacob Danyali, the Plaintiff. A DESCRIPTION of the property in substantially the same form as the description appearing on the Certificate of Tax Sale is as follows: Lot Size 28x22-6, Ward 28, Section 05, Block 7958, Lot 041A Known as SES 1st 25 ft SES Rokeby Rd 211 ft SW of Walnut. The complaint states among other things that the amount necessary for redemption has not been paid. It is thereupon this 7th day of June, 2018, by the Circuit Court for Baltimore City, ORDERED, That notice be given by the insertion of a copy of this Order in some daily newspaper having general circulation in Baltimore City once a week for three consecutive weeks, warning all persons interested in said property to be and appear in this Court by the 6th day of August, 2018, and redeem the property and answer the Complaint, or thereafter a final judgment will be rendered foreclosing all rights of redemption in the said property and vesting in the Plaintiff a title to said property in Fee Simple, free of all liens and encumbrances.
