Order of Publication
The object of this proceeding is to secure the foreclosure of all rights of redemption from tax sale on the property known as 2300 Garrett Ave. in Baltimore City, State of Maryland to Hobart Holdings, LLC, the Plaintiff..
A DESCRIPTION of the property in substantially the same form as the description appearing on the Certificate of Tax Sale is as follows: Lot Size 16-6X80-2, Ward 09, Section 14, Block 4010N, Lot 014 Known as 2300 Garrett Ave.
The complaint states among other things that the amount necessary for redemption has not been paid.
It is thereupon this 7th day of June, 2018, by the Circuit Court for Baltimore City, ORDERED, That notice be given by the insertion of a copy of this Order in some daily newspaper having general circulation in Baltimore City once a week for three consecutive weeks, warning all persons interested in said property to be and appear in this Court by the 6th day of August, 2018, and redeem the property and answer the Complaint, or thereafter a final judgment will be rendered foreclosing all rights of redemption in the said property and vesting in the Plaintiff a title to said property in Leasehold, free of all liens and encumbrances.
