Milton Ave lot Size 14X69-11 being known as Ward 08, Section 16, Block 1504, Lot 0230 on the Tax Roll of the Director of Finance.
Order of Publication
The object of this proceeding is to secure the foreclosure of all rights of redemption in the following property 1420 N. Milton Ave, Baltimore City, MD 21213 in the City of Baltimore City, sold by the Collector of Taxes for the City of Baltimore City and the State of Maryland to the Plaintiff in this proceeding:
All that lot of lands and imps in Baltimore City, Maryland and described as follows: 1420 N. Milton Ave lot Size 14X69-11 being known as Ward 08, Section 16, Block 1504, Lot 0230 on the Tax Roll of the Director of Finance.
The complaint states, among other things, that the amounts necessary for redemption have not been paid.
It is thereupon this 14th day of May, 2018 by the Circuit Court for Baltimore City, ORDERED, That notice be given by the insertion of a copy of this Order in some daily newspaper having general circulation in Baltimore City once a week for three successive weeks, warning all persons interested in said property to be and appear in this Court by the 13th day of July, 2018, and redeem the property 1420 N. Milton Ave, Baltimore City, MD 21213 and answer the complaint, or thereafter a final judgment will be entered foreclosing all rights of redemption in the property, and vesting in the Plaintiff's title, free and clear of all encumbrances.
