The object of this proceeding is to secure the foreclosure of all rights of redemption in the following property 444 Random Road, Baltimore, MD 21229-3928 in the City of Baltimore City, sold by the Collector of Taxes for the City of Baltimore City and the State of Maryland to the Plaintiff in this proceeding:
All that lot of land Lot size 19x95. Being known as Ward 25, Section 01, Block 8139D, Lot 024 on the Tax Roll of the Director of Finance..
The complaint states, among other things, that the amounts necessary for redemption have not been paid.
It is thereupon this 10th day of May, 2018 by the Circuit Court for Baltimore City, ORDERED, That notice be given by the insertion of a copy of this Order in some daily newspaper having general circulation in Baltimore City once a week for three successive weeks, warning all persons interested in said property to be and appear in this Court by the 9th day of July, 2018, and redeem the property 444 Random Road, Baltimore, MD 21229-3928 and answer the complaint, or thereafter a final judgment will be entered foreclosing all rights of redemption in the property, and vesting in the Plaintiff's title, free and clear of all encumbrances.
