The object of this proceeding is to secure the foreclosure of all rights of redemption in the following property Parcel Identification Number 28-03-8378-003 in the Baltimore City, sold by the Collector of Taxes for Baltimore City and the State of Maryland to the plaintiff in this proceeding:
Property in the City of Baltimore Commonly known as 2908 Oak Hill Ave
LOT SIZE 55X120-5 (BEING KNOWN AS WARD 28, SECTION 03, BLOCK 8378, LOT 003 ON THE TAX ROLL OFTHE DIRECTOR OF FINANCE).
The complaint states, among other things, that the amounts necessary for redemption have not been paid.
It is thereupon this 10th day of April, 2018, by the Circuit Court for Baltimore City, That notice be given by the insertion of a copy of this order in some newspaper having a having a general circulation in Baltimore City once a week for 3 successive weeks, warning all persons interested in the property to appear in this Court by the 9th day of June, 2018, and redeem the property with Parcel Identification Number 28-03-8378-003 and answer the complaint or thereafter a final judgment will be entered foreclosing all rights of redemption in the property, and vesting in the plaintiff a title, free and clear of all encumbrances.
