Defendants Order of Publication The object of this proceeding is to secure the foreclosure of all rights of redemption from tax sale on the property known as 819 N. Calhoun St in Baltimore City, State of Maryland, sold by the Finance Officer of Baltimore City, State of Maryland to TJCI Development LLC and later assigned to TARK DEVELOPMENT, LLC, the Plaintiff. A DESCRIPTION of the property in substantially the same form as the description appearing on the Certificate of Tax Sale is as follows: Lot Size 14x90, Ward 16, Section 13, Block 0089, Lot 022 Known as 819 N. Calhoun St. The complaint states among other things that the amount necessary for redemption has not been paid. It is thereupon this 12th day of March, 2018, by the Circuit Court for Baltimore City, ORDERED, That notice be given by the insertion of a copy of this Order in some daily newspaper having general circulation in Baltimore City once a week for three successive weeks, warning all persons interested in said property to be and appear in this Court by the 11th day of May, 2018, and redeem the property and answer the Complaint, or thereafter a final judgment will be rendered foreclosing all rights of redemption in the said property and vesting in the Plaintiff a title to said property in Fee Simple, free and clear of all encumbrances.
