Order of Publication
The object of this proceeding is to secure the foreclosure of all rights of redemption in the following property in the City of Baltimore, sold by the Collector of Taxes for the City of Baltimore and the State of Maryland to the plaintiff in this proceeding:
1213 Morling Avenue, Lot Size 0.041 Acres, being known as Ward 13, Section 16, Block 3566, Lot 036.
The Complaint states, among other things, that the amounts necessary for redemption have not been paid.
It is thereupon this 9th day of January, 2018, by the Circuit Court for Baltimore City, ORDERED, that that notice be given by insertion of a copy of this order in some newspaper having a general circulation in Baltimore City once a week for 3 successive weeks, warning all persons interested in the properties listed above to appear in this Court by the 10th day of March, 2018, and redeem the property in which they have an interest and answer the complaint or thereafter a final judgment will be entered foreclosing all rights of redemption in the properties listed above, and vesting in the plaintiff a title, free and clear of encumbrances.
