ORDER OF PUBLICATION
The object of this proceeding is to secure the foreclosure of all rights of redemption in the hereinabove described property situate, lying and being in Baltimore City, Maryland, sold by the Collector of Taxes for the City of Baltimore and the State of Maryland to the Plaintiff in the proceeding.
The Complaint states, among other things, that the amount necessary for the redemption for the subject property has not been paid, although more than six (6) months and a day from the sale has expired.
It is thereupon this 9th day of January, 2018 by the Circuit Court for Baltimore City, Maryland,
ORDERED, that notice be given by the insertion of a copy of this Order in some newspaper having general circulation in Baltimore City, Maryland once a week for three (3) consecutive weeks, on or before the 8th day of February, 2018 warning all persons having or claiming to have any interest in the property described above appear in this Court by the 10th day of March, 2018 and redeem their respective property or answer the Complaint, or thereafter a Final Decree will be entered foreclosing all rights of redemption in and as to the property, and vesting in the Plaintiff a title in fee simple, free and clear of all encumbrances.
The Defendants are hereby informed of the latest date to file a written Answer or Petition to Redeem the property mentioned in the Complaint described above, and that failure to file a response on or before the date specified may result in a Default Judgment foreclosing all rights of redemption in and as to the property being rendered by this Court against them.
