The object of this proceeding is to secure the foreclosure of all rights of redemption in the following property 5606-5610 Winthrope Avenue, Baltimore, MD 21214-2710 in the City of Baltimore City, sold by the Collector of Taxes for the City of Baltimore City and the State of Maryland to the Plaintiff in this proceeding:
All that lot of lands and imps. Lot Size 101-1X209-2. (Being known as Ward 27 Section 02 Block 5763 Lot 038 on the Tax Roll of the Director of Finance).
The complaint states, among other things, that the amounts necessary for redemption have not been paid.
It is thereupon this 10th day of October, 2017 by the Circuit Court for Baltimore City, Ordered, That notice be given by the insertion of a copy of this order in some newspaper having general circulation in Baltimore City once a week for three (3) successive weeks, warning all persons interested in the property to appear in this Court by the 9th day of December, 2017, and redeem the property 5606-5610 Winthrope Avenue, Baltimore, MD 21214-2710 and answer the complaint or thereafter a final judgment will be entered foreclosing all rights of redemption in the property, and vesting in the Plaintiffs title, free and clear of all encumbrances.
