Fayette Street, Room 1001, Baltimore, Maryland 21202 IN THE CIRCUIT COURT FOR BALTIMORE CITY - Case No. 24-C-17-002204 - Mayor And City Council Of Baltimore, A Municipal Corporation Plaintiff V. Myer D. Wise And All Persons Having Or Claiming To Have An Interest In The Leasehold Interest In The Property Known As: 2712 Fenwick Avenue, Baltimore, Maryland In Their On Right Or By, Through Or Under Myer D. Wise Defendant. Order of Publication This is to give notice that the Mayor and City Council of Baltimore has filed a Petition for Condemnation as against the Leasehold interest in real property at 2712 FENWICK AVENUE, Baltimore, Maryland; more particularly described in the Petition for Condemnation on file with the Clerk of the Court. Said Petition was filed in the Circuit Court for Baltimore City, naming as defendants those persons whose names appear in the heading of the case above set forth, some of whom are unlocateable by Petitioner, or are non-residents of the State of Maryland. Petitioner and Defendant have been unable to agree upon a price to be paid for said property, in which the above noted persons may have an interest. The Relief Prayed In Said Petition Is That Said Leasehold Interest In 2712 Fenwick Avenue Be Condemned For Public Purposes As Aforesaid. WHEREUPON, it is this 29th day of September, 2017, by the Circuit Court for Baltimore City, ORDERED, that Petitioner cause a copy of this Order to be inserted in a newspaper published in Baltimore City, Maryland, once a week in each of three successive weeks before the 29th day of October, 2017, giving notice to the above named defendants of the object and substance of the Petition, and warning them to show cause, if any there be, on or before the 29th day of November, 2017, why the property interests aforesaid should not be condemned as prayed, and that failure to do so may result in the granting of the relief sought herein.
