The object of this proceeding is to secure the foreclosure of all rights of redemption in the following property in the City of Baltimore, sold by the Collector of Taxes for the City of Baltimore and the State of Maryland to the plaintiff in this proceeding:
925 Bennett Place, Lot Size 14x74-9, being known as Ward 18, Section 01, Block 0129, Lot 075.
The Amended Complaint states, among other things, that the amounts necessary for redemption have not been paid.
It is thereupon this 13th day of July, 2017, by the Circuit Court for Baltimore City, ORDERED, that that notice be given by insertion of a copy of this order in some newspaper having a general circulation in Baltimore City once a week for 3 successive weeks, warning all persons interested in the properties listed above to appear in this Court by the 11th day of September, 2017, and redeem the property in which they have an interest and answer e complaint or thereafter a final judgment will be entered foreclosing all rights of redemption in the properties listed above, and vesting in the plaintiff a title, free and clear of encumbrances.
